Over time we have grown into needing multiple forms of coverage and ultimately moved them into State Farm so that she could watch over each one. Not only is she personable and extremely knowledgeable, but Shannon is a personable professional that answers the phone 99% of the time. If she’s not available, someone in her office will address our needs directly or let Shannon know and I can count on a prompt response every time. Shannon often informs us in terms of which coverage or endorsement to consider, based on the industry-related information that she is privy to. We sleep better knowing that she has and will anticipate and make recommendations for items that we wouldn’t even know existed. With every interaction Shannon conveys the feeling that she’s looking out for us. Time has proven that her intentions have been to meet our needs - and we have been loyal in return by giving her/State Farm more business and unsolicited referrals to others.
